How about for the next pokemon game, it’s just a new region, new characters, new story, but no new pokemon. Your franchise is big enough that it won’t be hurt by not adding new pokemon.
Also, do more pokemon movies without Ash.

man do you noticed that each pokemon region is a part of real world? (from red to platinum it was on japan , BW is in USA )
what if i told you that pokemon are on there like real animals? I means ..some don’t live in certais places of the world, others can live but get there by humans>
this is why the new regions don’t have much wild of the game that came before, look that how em hooen they look “tropical” and in Shinoh, from cold aeras.
Thinking that Unova is in another country, naturally you don’t find pokemon from “japan” there but you can “import” some, and the natural from there looks
complete diferent from the others.
So well I thing they do a really good job thinking about this, and I really gratefull for that , that mean that they don’t turned it on just shit to sell to kids…

I’m not sure but I think the regions from pokemon ranger and game cube games are on japan as well, but mystery dungen is really another world, that only have pokemon and stuffs.
about Ash and the anime/movies… Dont mind about that, anime is just a filler of the original, exept this new animation of BW2, pokemon don’t have a perfect following history of the game media (yes, pokemon special that is famous, isn’t too). So don’t take it as reference, it’s just for fun :B I don’t see someone anooyed because spiderman and the simpsons never get older too.

And I’m aware that all the pokemon are based off real animals. A lot of monsters are. But who cares? Nintendo doesn’t have to recreate the world in an entirely new light down to every country and city for us to like their stuff.

Well they do they job XD if you like you get his product, if not you don’t, this is how these things works.. I really think that they could work more in “game style”/genre with what we already have with pokemon .. but as you can see the fans ideas don’t affect then, but the reception of the final product make they change the mind =B

Yeah the name of the series on japan is ” pocketmonsters” , they did “pokemon” to sort it because wont would fit on the game boy menu screen haha
they used “pokemon” as well during the game, but the romanizarion of ” pokemon” was planned to be “pockemon”, but the translation and location people decided to make diferent, japan started using it (in some ways) as well
